Art 6°. Los Círculos o Circuitos de Notaria y de Registro establecidos por leyes de los extinguidos Estados, subsistirán con las variaciones hechas hasta la promulgación de la ley 14 de 1887 , por decreto del Poder Ejecutivo o de los Gobernadores o Presidentes de los mismos Estados, o de los Gobernadores de los Departamentos o de los Gobernadores del Distrito Federal de Cundinamarca y del Departamento nacional de Panamá.
