El artículo 55 del Decreto 1151 de 1989, quedará así: “Artículo 55. Efectos de la decisión judicial. Cuando la autoridad judicial profiera auto de cesación de procedimiento o sentencia absolutoria a favor del suspendido, éste tendrá derecho a que se le reconozcan los salarios y prestaciones dejados de percibir durante el período de suspensión y a reincorporarse al cargo”.
