Art. 3°. El administrador general de Correos incluirá la cuenta de la administración de los fondos destinados a la reconstrucción y conservación de las líneas, entre las que debe rendir dicho empleado a la Corte general de Cuentas; quedando en estos términos reformado también el artículo 2° del Decreto número 771 de 7 de Junio del corriente año, "por el cual se dispone la manera como deben formarse y rendirse las cuentas de la Administración de las líneas telegráficas".
