Art 1° Para premiar los esfuerzos del Sr. Ramón González B. e indemnizarle los gastos hechos, se le pagara la suma de diez mil pesos ($10.000) de los derechos de importación. La prima de cuatro por ciento que el Gobierno debería pagar a los exportadores del nuevo artículo según el decreto número 172 de 1886 se elevara al ocho por ciento, se mantendrá vigente por el tiempo necesario y se destinará a cubrir paulatinamente al Sr. González la citada cantidad de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000).

Mensualmente se hará el cómputo en las Aduanas por las cuales se hubiere hecho la exportación y se hará por el Administrador la entrega correspondiente.
