Art. 40. El Administrador general de Hacienda nacional prestará, antes de entrar en ejercicio de sus funciones, una fianza hipotecaria, prendaria ó personal, á juicio y satisfacción del Ministro de Hacienda, por la suma de seis mil pesos oro ($6,000).
