El Organo Ejecutivo, por conducto del Ministerio de Gobierno, y teniendo en cuenta los planos que elabore la Sección de Edificios Nacionales del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, procederá a construir en el lote número 1714 de la calle 26 en la ciudad de Bogotá, que fue cedido a la Nación por el Departamento de Cundinamarca, mediante Ordenanza número 3 de 1939, el Instituto de la Oficina Central de Medicina Legal.
