Decreto 3453 de 1983 · Por el cual se crea la Corporación Autónoma Regional de la Guajira

El producido del impuesto de que trata el artículo 4º de la Ley 61 de 1979, en el Departamento de la Guajira, se distribuirá así: el cincuenta y seis por ciento (56%) ingresará al Fondo Nacional del Carbón, el seis por ciento (6%) a la Corporación Autónoma Regional de la Guajira, el dieciocho por ciento (18%) al Departamento y el veinte par ciento (20%) a los municipios en cuyo territorio se adelante la explotación.

Parágrafo

El Fondo Nacional del Carbón entregará a la Corporación, al departamento y a los municipios el producto de este impuesto por trimestres vencidos.
