Artículo único. Aplázase la elección de Diputados á las Asambleas departamentales y de Consejeros municipales hasta que la Asamblea Nacional decida acerca de la nueva división territorial y de otras reformas que el Poder Ejecutivo someterá á su consideración. Publíquese.
