Prorrógase el término para la liquidación del Fondo de Medellín, hasta el 31 de mayo de 1963 y reconócense los honorarios señalados por el Ministerio de Fomento a sus liquidadores, a partir del 1º. de diciembre de 1962, fecha en la cual se inició la liquidación del dicho Fondo para el Transporte.
