Artículo cuarto. Cuando el solicitante acredita el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en este Decreto, el Ministerio de Salud, por medio de resolución motivada, le expedirá la Credencial correspondiente la cual llevará adherido el retrato tamaño cédula de la persona a quien se le conceda la Credencial y sobre la fotografía se colocará el sello de la Dirección de Vigilancia y Control del Ministerio de Salud, de manera que abarqué también el papel. La Credencial de Expendedor de Drogas no faculta para ejecutar actos propios del ejercicio de la farmacia y la medicina.
