El Rector de la Universidad y los miembros del Consejo Directivo que no asistan al mismo en su calidad de empleados públicos se posesionarán ante el Ministro de Educación Nacional o su delegado. Los demás funcionarios o empleados de la Universidad harán ante el Rector o ante el funcionario competente de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.
