Los ciudadanos a quienes se les tomaron sus propiedades por cuenta de empréstitos forzosos decretados contra otros individuos, durante la.guerra civil nacional de 1876 a 1877, podrán reclamar estos créditos, i al haceles el pago, se les declarará comprendidos en el inciso 4 del artículo 3.°.a de la lei 67 de 1877.

Parágrafo

En estos negocios te observará el procedimiento establecido para los demas juicios de suministros, empréstitos i espropiaciones, en la citada lei.
