El programa de orientación está encaminado a facilitar al funcionario o empleado judicial el buen desempeño de sus funciones, para cuyo efecto la Escuela Judicial deberá explicarle la organización y el funcionamiento de la rama jurisdiccional, las funciones que le están adscritas, la ubicación jerárquica y física del empleo que va a desempeñar y hacerle entrega de los manuales ilustrativos correspondientes.
