Art. 37. Si cuando se reciba este decreto en un Distrito no estuviere formada en él la Corporacion municipal, por falta de Juez de Distrito i sus suplentes i de Procurador, o solo de éste último empleado por haber Correjidor, la Corporacion municipal de la cabecera del respectivo Departamento procederá en el acto a nombrar dichos empleados para que se instale sin demora la Corporacion que falte.
