Art. 10° Las pensiones y jubilaciones de que trata está ley son intransmisible y se pierde el derecho a gozar de ellas por cualquiera de estas causas.

Si el agraciado observa conducta notoriamente inmoral , ó ha sido condenado á reclusión ó presidio;

2° Si toma armas en contra del Gobierno;

3° Si tiene un capital que le produzca una renta mensual mayor de cincuenta pesos en oro.

Corresponde al Gobierno declarar la cesación de la gracia por los motivos mencionados.
