La Superintendencia de Industria y Comerció nombrará por resolución, para cada mesa de votación, un jurado compuesto por tres (3) personas que tengan derecho al voto, escogidas de listas elaboradas por las respectivas Cámaras. La Superintendencia designará tres (3) testigos para presenciar los escrutinios. Igualmente podrá nombrar delegados para presenciar y vigilar el proceso de elección en las ciudades donde lo juzgue conveniente.
