º . Licencias . Las edificaciones clasificadas dentro del inventario a que se refiere el artículo anterior, podrán ser adecuadas o construidas, previa licencia de construcción o urbanismo en cualquiera de sus modalidades, con sujeción a las normas de diseño y construcción sismorresistentes y al Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial vigentes.
