Las entidades reaseguradoras existentes en el país y aquellas que pretendan tal condición, deberán acreditar y/o mantener durante 1996 un patrimonio técnico saneado no inferior a tres mil ochocientos dieciocho millones de pesos ($3.818.000.000.oo).
