De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 5º de la Ley 21 de 1963, el Gobierno Nacional acordará con el Banco de la República las modificaciones de los contratos que con esta entidad tiene celebrados, para ejecutar las disposiciones contenidas en dicho artículo, y para lograr una adecuada coordinación técnica y administrativa en el desarrollo de las normas contenidas en este Decreto.
