Modifíquese el artículo 7° del Decreto 1480 de 1989, el cual quedará así:

"Artículo 7° CONSTITUCIÓN. Las Asociaciones Mutuales se constituirán con un mínimo de diez (10) personas naturales, por documento privado que se hará constar en acta firmada por todos los asociados fundadores, con anotación de sus nombres, documentos de identificación y domicilios. En el mismo acto será aprobado el estatuto social y elegidos los órganos de administración y control".
