El Presidente del Congreso enviará a la Corte Constitucional copia auténtica de los proyectos de leyes estatutarias inmediatamente después de haber sido aprobados en segundo debate. Si faltare a dicho deber, el presidente de la Corte solicitará copia auténtica del mismo a la Secretaría de la Cámara donde se hubiere surtido el segundo debate.
