Los Fondos de Pensiones tendrán un Revisor Fiscal, designado por los accionistas de la Sociedad Administradora y los afiliados del respectivo Fondo de Pensiones, en la forma prevista en los artículos siguientes. El Revisor Fiscal que se elija podrá ser el mismo de la Sociedad Administradora.
