Art. 124. Cada Junta de Instrucción pública tendrá un Secretario nombrado libremente por ella, con la asignación mensual de $ 50, pagaderos del Tesoro público; y podrá gastar en útiles de escritorio hasta $100 anuales, pagaderos también del Tesoro Público. CAPITULO XXII DE LOS REGLAMENTOS.
