º. Programa de Salud Ocupacional. Para el 31 de diciembre de 1999 la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, o la entidad que haga sus veces, debe haber desarrollado el programa de salud ocupacional que minimice o haga desaparecer los riesgos para la salud de los trabajadores de que trata este Decreto, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Decreto ley 1295 de 1994 y sus reglamentos. Tal programa debe ser adoptado antes del 1 de diciembre 1995.
