Por cada Magistrado principal se elegirán dos suplentes personales. A falta de éstos actuarán interinos, nombrados por el Consejo de Estado.

Tanto los Magistrados principales como los suplentes e interinos tomarán posesión de sus cargos ante el Gobernador del respectivo Departamento.
