ARTICULO 32 . La visa de inmigrante se podrá otorgar a aquellos extranjeros que reúnan condiciones de conveniencia para la economía nacional, dentro de los programas de migración previstos por el Gobierno Nacional, previos los requisitos que más adelante se determinan y a aquellas personas que vengan al país auspiciadas por la Organización Internacional de Migraciones, OIM.
