Corresponde a la división administrativa:

a) Proveer al ministro de elementos de trabajo y para la prestación de los servicios administrativos.

b) atender al suministro de elementos de trabajo y a la prestación de los servicios administrativos que requieran la rama jurisdiccional y las direcciones nacionales y seccionales de instrucción criminal en coordinación con el fondo rotatorio del ministerio de justicia; y

c) aplicar las normas que sobre adquisición y suministro de elementos determine el gobierno nacional a través del organismo competente.
