La partida a que se refiere el artículo anterior será incluida en el Presupuesto del Ministerio de Educación, de la próxima vigencia, y en caso de que así no se hiciere, el Gobierno queda autorizado para abrir los créditos o hacer los traslados presupuestales correspondientes para el fiel cumplimiento de la presente Ley.
