º. Personas obligadas al recaudo. Efectuarán el recaudo de la contribución a que se refiere la Ley 272 de 1996

Los mataderos que cuenten con una infraestructura técnica, administrativa y contable adecuada, de conformidad con la reglamentación que para el efecto expida el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural. Este recaudo se efectuará al momento del degüello.

Las Tesorerías Municipales, al momento de expedir la guía o permiso para el sacrificio, en aquellos municipios o poblaciones donde no exista matadero o éste no cuente con la infraestructura adecuada.

Las importaciones de carne porcina al momento de su nacionalización.
