Art. 50. Las obras en colaboración constituyen un trabajo indivisible mientras se mantengan en común como se elaboraron; y la duración de la propiedad en su segundo periodo se contara desde el fallecimiento del autor que sobreviva a los demás.

Pero cada uno de los colaboradores podrá disponer libremente de la parte con que contribuyo cuando así se hubiere estipulado al iniciarse la obra común.
