La vigilancia y control del cumplimiento de las normas de este Decreto se adscriben a los Inspectores del Trabajo, a los Inspectores de Educación Pública, nacionales, seccionales y locales. Pero sólo los inspectores del Trabajo podrán imponer sanciones, por propia iniciativa o a petición motivada de cualquiera de los demás funcionarios de que trata el presente artículo.
