º . De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 39 de la Ley 590 de 2000, el saldo máximo de endeudamiento que puede presentar un deudor para que se considere como microcrédito es de veinticinco (25) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes, respecto de cada establecimiento de crédito u organización especializada en crédito microempresarial.
