De la segunda instancia.Recibido el proceso en el Tribunal Nacional Bioético y Deontológico de Bacteriología que actúa como segunda instancia, será repartido y el Magistrado Ponente dispondrá de treinta (30) días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha, cuando entre a su Despacho, para presentar proyecto, y la Sala Probatoria, de otros treinta (30) días hábiles para decidir.
