amends decreto 2400/68

del Decreto extraordinario número 2400 de 1968, quedará así:

"Los nombramientos tendrán carácter provisional cuando se trate de proveer transitoriamente empleos de carrera con personal no seleccionado de acuerdo con la reglamentación de la respectiva carrera. El período provisional no podrá exceder de doce (12) meses".
