°. Objeto . El presente decreto establece las autoridades que deberán informar a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio sobre los proyectos de acto administrativo que se propongan expedir con fines de regulación, así como las reglas aplicables para que esta entidad pueda rendir concepto previo acerca de la potencial incidencia de la regulación sobre la libre competencia económica en los mercados, de acuerdo con el artículo 7° de la Ley 1340 de 2009.
