Frecuencia de las reuniones de la Junta Directiva. La Junta Directiva se reunirá por lo menos una vez al mes, por derecho propio o por convocatoría del Presidente del Banco, del Superintendente Bancario o del Revisor Fiscal, de preferencia en las instalaciones de la Dirección General de la Sociedad. También podrá reunirse en sesiones especiales, en el lugar y fecha que señale la convocatoria que haga el Presidente de la Junta, el del Banco, o dos de sus miembros.
