En caso de encontrar que la información y documentos presentados por el beneficiario no coinciden con la realidad, el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial podrá aplicar las sanciones que por ley correspondan. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de las demás acciones civiles y penales a que haya lugar.
