Art. 2.° Corresponde a la Junta que se establece por el artículo anterior, en representacion del Poder Ejecutivo nacional i del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado del Cauca, invertir los $ 25,000 de que trata la lei 7.ª arriba citada, en la destruccion de la langosta, o en ausiliar a los que han sufrido daño por dicha plaga, haciendo de aquel fondo la distribucion que la Junta juzgue conveniente. Para este efecto la misma Junta acordará las reglas necesarias.
