Art. 15. La parte de pensiones que no haya alcanzado ó no alcance á pagarse á las viudas o hijos de militares de la Independencia, les será reconocida y pagada conforme á la ley de Crédito público. Este reconocimiento se hará directa y nominalmente á los pensionados.

En los mismos términos se pagará lo que se adeude á los militares de la Independencia por pensiones atrasadas.
