º . Las instituciones que cuenten con programas de especialización registrados en el Sistema Nacional de Información de la Educación Superior, SNIES, que se encuentren en funcionamiento y que no cuenten con el registro calificado, tendrán un plazo de dieciocho (18) meses para solicitarlo, contados a partir de la fecha de publicación de este decreto.
