La personería jurídica de los clubes deportivos profesionales organizados como corporaciones o asociaciones será otorgada por Coldeportes, previa verificación del cumplimiento de los requisito legales que se indican en este capítulo y observando en lo pertinente el trámite previsto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
