Destínase la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) anuales para atender a los gastos que ocasionen las giras artísticas que debe realizar por los Departamentos la Banda Nacional, de acuerdo con el plan que al respecto dicte el Ministerio de Educación por conducto de la Dirección Nacional de Bellas Artes.
