Incompatibilidades. Los funcionarios de la Contraloría General de la República o sus delegados, que hayan ejercido el control fiscal en la Zona Franca y sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad, no podrán ser nombrados ni prestar sus servicios en ella, sino después de un (1) año de producido su retiro.
