Art. 221. Las Asambleas Departamentales tienen el deber, por medio de sus ordenanzas de proveer á los respectivos Tribunales Superiores y Juzgados de toda clase, con la conveniente decencia y comodidad, de los locales, muebles, útiles y demás objetos necesarios para el despacho, así de los Magistrados y Jueces, como de los Secretarios y empleados subalternos.
