Las multas por infracciones a lo dispuesto en este Decreto podrán ser sucesivas y hasta por cinco mil pesos ($5.000.oo) convertibles en arresto. El Gobierno al reglamentar este Decreto determinará los funcionarios y el procedimiento breve y sumario para hacerlas efectivas.
