Artículo único. Apruébanse los Estatutos elaborados por los señores Ministros de la Economía Nacional y de Obras Públicas, por los cuales deberá regirse el Instituto Nacional de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico, creado por la Ley 80 de 1946, y cuya organización y funcionamiento se reglamentó por el Decreto número 1428 de 25 de abril de 1947. CAPÍTULO I Fundación, objeto y domicilio.
