Defensa Judicial . La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (Ugpp) deberá asumir la defensa judicial de los procesos que actualmente cursan contra la Corporación Eléctrica de la Costa Atlántica S. A. E. S. P. (Corelca) en Liquidación por temas pensionales, así como atender las contingencias judiciales o extrajudiciales que surjan con posterioridad al 30 de enero de 2014.
