Todos los años, a partir del 1º de agosto de 1967, las listas completas de los contribuyentes al impuesto de renta y complementarios en cada Departamento serán fijadas en los muros interiores de las oficinas locales de Impuestos Nacionales en donde queden de fácil acceso al público para ser consultadas; en ellas se especificarán por columnas, las rentas bruta, líquida y gravable de cada contribuyente, el patrimonio neto y valor total de los impuestos liquidados.
