La Sociedad de Autores, de acuerdo con la Sección de Extensión Cultural del Ministerio de Educación, debe exigir los respectivos reglamentos y condiciones a las compañías de Teatro Nacional formadas ya y que en lo futuro se formen para tener derecho al auxilio, así como para que no cese el que se les haya concedido.
