La aprobación oficial de los planes y programas de estudios profesionales y de postgrado, se otorgarán y mantendrán sobre la base del cumplimiento de las exigencias académicas establecidas en el Reglamente, y de la seguridad de realización de los fines sociales de la cultura jurídica, y de la mejor formación intelectual, moral y física de los educandos, garantizando en todo caso, la libertad de enseñanza, estudio e investigación.
